The IPCC reports that over South Asia where China and Mongolia are there has been a huge increase in precipitation, which is to be expected when the global temperature rises so does water vapor being absorbed in to the atmosphere. Even though the increase in precipitation was to be expected, the IPCC reports amounts that "Exceeds all observed estimates." Not only that but in the data most of the rain fall has shift northward too. This precipitation increase observed in the data of the seasons changing, has been a 50 percent increase of rain fall in the winter then ever before show in the data. They found that do to higher resolution technology on their computers they can see that the monsoon season has improved substantially, and " simulate more realistic climatic characteristics." in China.
With the increase in the temperatures, the melting of glacier in the Himalayas will affect the freshwater resources, and cause rockslides, and avalanches in the next three decades. Once the glaciers melt all the unstable debris, which will most likely fall into the surround villages and cities. With the glaciers decreasing the freshwater availability will cause many issues, definitely with the a high population that won't be able to sustain it. The coastal areas will also suffer too with the increase in the sea level and higher chances of precipitation, will cause more rainfall and flooding of the rivers will cause a lot of cities to be destroyed. The IPCC also mentions that the most likely areas that will be effected will also be the most develop parts of Asia. This will also cause many of government problems definitely the economy most of all , since many structures will need rebuilding.
Executive Summary

Many predictions have been made for the effects of global climate change on Asia. What they predict will happen, is that glaciers will retreat from the Himalayas, this will cause the soil in the farming areas not be able to grow crops to the demanding population growth. Extreme weather events will bond to happen, and this will lead to extreme unstable conditions of housing areas and corruption of the water source too. You will then find, more than likely disease and hunger will break out and quickly spread around Asia. There is evidence of this, because Asia many source of freshwater lays in the Changjjang river and over the last couple of years it has decreased 30%. Even though the human population will be effected we already see the extinction of many coastal life and not just that but also of flora species too.

PROBLEMS MONGOLIA WILL FACE
Mongolia is a very interesting country that sometimes doesn't seem to follow the ecology and the climate of it expected location on Earth. Mongolia has many climate regions . This makes Mongolia placed in a very unique place it has the Gobi Desert, shares the Himalayas with China and the permafrost lands and the plains too. But as the global temperature rises and so does sea level, many things will happen to this perfectly place climate that lays in Mongolia. Data has already been collect and proves that the glaciers in the Himalayas have began to melt away, causing a decrease in fresh water resources and also the more possibility of causing death from rocks slides. This is a major problem cause the Himalayas mountains are shared with China which is also a fresh water resource for them, this will probably cause conflict with these two countries definitely if it become limited suddenly. On the other side of Mongolia permafrost is thawing away even though there isn't many structures in that area this still has a huge effect cause of the agriculture and farming areas that will be destroyed if it rains more, which is expected with the increase in the global temperature making more water vapor being absorbed into the atmosphere. These events are predicted to happen in at least the next Three decades, but we all already see this with the effect not on the climate but the decrease in many of the animals that live their. The sudden change in the climate causing them to die or immigrant to other area of Mongolia. This balance can be easily destroyed as it has already began, but what would be the effects on the people that live there? This is hard to determine cause the Mongolian people are very self providing. They don't have huge population to sustain and has enough resource to support themselves only but what I think is that they will face many problems because their government doesn't have polices or and health care that will help them when this problem happens. They will face hunger and disease that they haven't even prepare for that will cause them to lose many citizens. If resources do suddenly disappear they will probably not survive long, because they are surround by two very strong countries Russia and China.

It seems to be a common in in countries in ASIA that the warming will have a negative effect on the fresh water resources.
